Paid Term Do Not Move When Payment Is Done And Satisfies The Payment Tolerance (Doc ID 2615473.1)

On : 14.3.1 version, Production Support-SET

User has observed that paid term is not increasing even though the payment is made..e.g

Account terms is 72 and current payment is 626.51. (payment tolerance 95%) the customer made a payment for 626.00. Despite pay more than 95% of the current payment the PAID TERMS did move, it remain 0 of 72.

System should consider the payment made to the account and update the Paid term accordingly.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Customer Service - Select and account with payment tolerance set up as 95%.. Make sure the account has pending payment dues.
2. Make a payment which is 95% of the billed amount.
3. Check Paid term
