user Log out time is not getting capture.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Check the table smtb_sms_log before login
2.Login and check login time
3.Launch few FCC fastpath
4.Check login time
5.Close few FCC fastpath
6.Check log out time
7.Close FCC screen
8.Check log out time


BUSINESS IMPACT:

Unable to track the User details.
