LC Module || In LCDAMEND screen user is unable to save contract as the applicable rule is not in LOV's (Doc ID 2615932.1)

On clicking populate button after selecting product as advice of guarantee, the applicable rule LOV shows only the rules which are of type 'A' 

Below are the steps to replicate the scenario :
1. Create a contract with product IS11 with applicable rule set to URDG.
2. increase the contract amount using LCDAMEND.
3. While trying to change the rule, only the LC applicable rule is shown and not LG
