ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bank had reported that while modifying main line in GEDFACLT, system is allowing to modify main line limit amount to be less than it subline.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is that Mainline limit amount should not less tham subline limit amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. create main line facility with limit amount USD 1000
2. create subline facility with limit amount USD 1000
3. modify main line facility limit amount as USD 500


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users were not able to modify main line in GEDFACLT, as system was allowing to modify main line limit amount to be less than it subline.
