SWIFT Messages ( LIQ) Are Going To Repair In CPG Due To Presence Of Code Word REC In Tag 72 (Doc ID 2615972.1)

On : 12.2 version, Production Support-SET

SWIFT messages ( LIQ) are going to repair in CPG due to presence of code word REC in tag 72

Per SWIFT standards 2019 the code word REC is not allowed in tag 72 of the SWIFT message unless bilaterally agreed.
The expectation however is that the messages that are received from channels like LIQ, CEO Wires etc would process even though they contain REC code ( as per SWIFT standards formatting) without going to repair in CPG.

Currently ( post the deployment of SWIFT standards 2019 code) the messages with code word REC in tag 72 are going to repair.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process an incoming CPG message with REC code in tag 72.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incoming CPG messages with REC code in tag 72 are moving to repair.


 Code Changes done to Not to Validate the Sender Receiver Information for Rec Code
