Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Whenever Bank Admin creates any Custom Role and assigns it to user, user is not able to see Dashboard, In spite of dashboard module being assigned to Custom Role.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Whenever Bank creates any Custom Role and assigns it to a User, User should be able to see the Dashboard with those Roles.
STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a New Custom Role
2. Map this Custom Role to Default Dashboard
3. Create a New User and Map this Role to this New User.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the users cannot view the Dashboard and they see a blank screen.
Changes
No Environment/Account/Hardware changes causes this Issue.
