Symptoms

When attempting to access Cheque Status Inquiry transaction with search criteria ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

A payee with this account already exists

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX application.
2. Navigate to Toggle menu > Accounts > Current and Savings > Cheque Status Inquiry
  OR
  Dashboard > My Accounts Widget > Current and Savings > Savings Account > More options >
  Cheque Status Inquiry
