When International Payment Gets Rejected In Core Banking, Status of The Transaction Does Not Get Changed In OBDx (Doc ID 2616526.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If International Payment is rejected in Core banking, the status of the same is not reflected in OBDx

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rejected status should be available to use in OBDx.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do one international payment from OBDx.
2. In Core banking (FCUBS), if the setup of international transfer is done such that contract goes in hold status.
3. Then reject the contract in FCUBS.
4. Check the status of the said transaction in OBDx.
