Error "System Cannot Process the Request Currently.. " While Approving an Edited Workflow (Doc ID 2616777.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to edit the workflow details and approve the same by authorizer,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try after sometime


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit the Workflow details with the Initiator Admin
2. Try to approve the same using the Authorizer Admin
3. The Application throws the error "System cannot process the request currently. Please try after sometime"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Bank Administrators cannot authorize an Edited Workflow.

Changes

No changes done in the environment / product / hardware causes this Issue.
