In Uploaded File Inquiry, Action shows as '-'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Specific action icon (delete) should come against the uploaded file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the uploaded file inquiry screen enter the search criteria and click Search.
2. The search results come on the Uploaded File Inquiry Screen.
3. The Action against the files comes as '-'.
