Symptoms
On : 12.3 version, Implementation Support
When creating DE Transaction it fails with error DE-UPD-104.
STEPS:
The DE transactions successfully posted after MARKBOD stage gets archived from DETB_JRNL_TXN_MASTER table as part of DEARCHIV batch(end of Previous Day Batch).
DE transactions initiated from Internet banking after successful completion of FCUBS EOD, results in generating same reference number, hence failing with DE-UPD-104 error.
Example:
DE Transaction posted during EOD(BOD stage) generates reference number XYZ. Application date is 02-Sep-2019
After completion of EOD, DE transactions initiated from Internet banking getting same reference number XYZ. Reason being, DETB_JRNL_TXN_MASTER table data archived .
FCUBS ->MBOD completed.
Transaction comes from IB. ALL ok.
FCUBS -> PEOPD3 complete. Sequences are being reset as part of this processes.
Transaction comes from IB. FCUBS assigns the same reference number. And so it fails with error DE-UPD-104
