EODM abort for Branch with Date Change Failed (Doc ID 2617199.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to EODM(End of Day for Branch Operations),
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Change Branch Date failed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable logs for the User Submitting EODM
2. Run EODM when error Occurs Extract logs
3. Verify the data on fbtm_branch_info, fbtm_lcl_holiday, sttm_lcl_holiday.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Complete the EODM for Branch.
