On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
OLDPRMNT - Product Fields sub-screen not working properly
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query an existing product .
2. Unlock and open Product Fields sub-screen .
3. Enter value in one of the fields .
4. Close the sub-screen .
5. Open the screen again.
6. After opening the screen a second time, we see that the first UDF gets replaced with the UDF field which was updated.
