When Attempting to Create "Feedback Template" Through Admin User, Application Raises NullPointerException (Doc ID 2617305.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create "Feedback Template" through admin user,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error Code: "DIGX_CO_0003"
Error Details: "System cannot process the request, please try again later.",

java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.ofss.digx.app.content.service.Content.search(Content.java:356)
at com.ofss.digx.appx.content.service.Content.search(Content.java:400)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As an admin user navigate to "Feedback Template Maintenance" screen
2. Click "Create"
3. Enter details for the template and Click Next.
