Corporate Action Coupon Payment Generated for a zero position portfolio
Portfolio Safe Keeping Location is reflecting incorrect position balance

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Bank expects the position balance to be reflected correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Liquidate a deal or reverse a deal

2. Verify the current position balance of the position reference related to the liquidated / reversed deal

3. Execute SE Batch and check if corporate payment is generated for any zero position portfolio

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, coupon event is auto fired by SYSTEM for customer portfolio which ideally has no position balances leading to financial impact
