User Session Not Getting Timed Out When User is Redirected from Thirdparty to OBAPI Login Page. (Doc ID 2617401.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User session timeout functionality does not work when user is redirected from third party to OBAPI login page and user logs successfully in application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Session should get timed out when user is redirected from third party to OBAPI login page.

STEPS
-----------------------
To reproduce the issue please follow the below steps:
1. Generate the consent using the access token
2. Login into application through retails user
3. Hold the consent screen for more then configured session time out value
4. Then Click on the Confirm button to generate the auth code
5. System is generating auth code instead of returning the session time out error code
