Error - 'End date and Instances can not be null simultaneously.' when User Tries to Claim Money by P2P (Peer To Peer) Transaction (Doc ID 2617784.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to claim money by P2P transaction,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
End date and Instances can not be null simultaneously.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Claim Money.
2. Go through security code verification.
3. Click on Existing Customer.
4. Login as retail user (who does not have a last name).
5. In claim money page, select This Bank and provide account number.
6. Click on Submit.
