Symptoms
On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET
When attempting to do VAMI for Principal Increase, following error occurs:
ERROR

ST-OTH002: Not enough Component wise GL balance to apportion.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Invoke CLDACCVM
2. Increase Amount Financed
3. Save and Authorize the VAMI
