ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When any corporate user performs repeat transfer, on verify screen once the user clicks on confirm button request is sent but the confirm button is not disabled. Since the user is not aware that the request has been sent he clicks the confirm button multiple times due to which it throws error "Repeat transfer failed" as multiple Batch Requests are fired with same URIs and Same params.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While performing repeat transfer ,once the user clicks on Confirm button ,it should be disabled.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with end user navigate to repeat transfer
2. Fill up all the required details.
3. Check the option "Transfer from today" and click on initiate
4. Then on verify page click on confirm button twice or more than once, it allows the user to click
5. So it throws error Repeat transfer failed.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can click on confirm button of repeat transfer transaction multiple times and hence the transaction is failing.
