Unable to liquidate the bill - LCCON-120 (Doc ID 2618167.1)

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to liquidate the bill
the following error occurs.

LCCON-120 : TD redemption failed for xxx

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Need to select a bill where lien is marked
2. Ensure margin amount is in decimal
3. On retail side lien amount should be rounded off to nearest rupee.
4. Try to liquidate the bill.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,
1.Unable to close the bill and settle the bill proceedings.
2. Unable to close the deposit on the retail end.
