Issue with Start Date and Next Date where Interest amortization is DAILY
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Amortization should start on contract date and the next run date should set correctly after running the amortization process
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Fund a new loan with Interest amortization as 'DAILY'
2. Run the Amortization process as contract date at End of the day
3. Verify the amortization entry
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system not posting the amortization entry on contact date.
