Unable to realize the bill (Doc ID 2618686.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is not allowing to realize the bill as there is no goods receipt amount outstanding

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to realize the bill along with goods receipt amount.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Need to select bill where user has tried to liquidate full bill amount along with goods receipt.
2. After saving the realization same has to be deleted.
3. Data should get deleted in all the tables except goods receipt table.
4. Try to realize the bill contract.again.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,
1. User will not be able to settle customer account after realizing the bill.
2. Goods receipt will be outstanding.
