Amortization balance writeoff transactions are missing after CHGOFF/PAID status change
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should post Amortization Write-off transaction when account got PAIDOFF / CHARGEDOFF
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Post paid-off (of) charged off transaction on the account
2. Verify system should have posted the write-off transaction in amortizations
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users could not reconcile the balances under amortization.
