Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
When we see the View/Edit payee in Transfer Money Screen- "Bank Details" does not show the complete details of bank, instead it shows only IFSC code.

This is happening after application of first rolled up Patchset - 18.1.1.0.0

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Bank Details should show the complete details of the Bank including Branch Address in Transfer Money Screen for Existing Payees.

STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX application
2. Go into Transfer Money Option and select any Existing Payee
3. Notice the Bank Details - only the IFSC Code is shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot seen bank details.
