ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CTBC has a business scenario- messages routed from HO - CTCBTWTPXXX for both
1. Incoming SWIFT routing out to FED as CTR- Charges to be applied.
2. DRW- incoming DRC- debited to CTBCTWPT account and DRW sent out.- Charges are not to be applied and need a setup to waive the charges.
Manual waiver cannot be done as DRW is auto created on release from FED Drawdown Queue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
