ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CTBC has a business scenario- messages routed from HO - CTCBTWTPXXX for both


1. Incoming SWIFT routing out to FED as CTR- Charges to be applied.
2. DRW- incoming DRC- debited to CTBCTWPT account and DRW sent out.- Charges are not to be applied and need a setup to waive the charges.
Manual waiver cannot be done as DRW is auto created on release from FED Drawdown Queue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Due to this issue, users cannot do Manual waiver as DRW is auto created on release from FED Drawdown Queue.
