On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SWIFT - NW ccy preferences are maintained for AL* currency only. But bank would like to maintain 191 Preferences with different amount limits for each ccy.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to maintain for USD, EUR etc separately.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Charge claim default preferences detailed
2. See list of values transaction currency
3. NW ccy preferences are maintained for AL* currency only.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the NW in preferred currencies
