PWDOTMSG - Label To Be Changed As Message Ref No Instead Of Trn Refno (Doc ID 2619061.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In PWDOTMSG- Label is showing transaction reference number and content is actually showing message reference number.
Message tab in the PWDOVIEW screen- opens PWDOTMSG- and shows the label as  transaction reference number  but actual value is  message reference number .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction  reference number  field content should not be showing MSG ref no.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In PWDOTMSG go to Fedwire outbound view message
2. Input the Transaction ref no
3. Label should be renamed as Message  reference number in PWDOTMSG
