ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On Click of create Button on Role Transaction Mapping it shows Blank screen
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On click of create button a new page must open up to allow user to fill the appropriate details
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX(Oracle Banking Digital Experience) application with Admin user
2. Navigate to Role Transaction Mapping-->Create
