Failed to create new users with First name and last name containing special characters


ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid first name entered.
Invalid last name entered.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin
2. Create party for specific customer Onboarding/ party preferences
3. go to user management to create the user
4. The party name should contain special characters

User cannot be created due to above mentioned error.
