Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
----------------------

OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) admin user(s) is unable to view  the Mailbox when there are large number of mails (e.g more than 1000).

ERROR
---------
1. System Cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
2. Persistence exception occurred


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Admin users should be able to view emails in the Mailbox

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application using Admin user
2. Navigate to Mailbox
