FCIS - OIS Message Not Generating For Successful SWIFT Messages Where Order Reference Number Is Duplicated. (Doc ID 2620132.1)

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to generate OIS Message(for Successful transaction) when two SWIFT Messages are processed simultaneously and Order Reference number is duplicated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
a)System stops the second duplicate transaction with duplicate order reference number with the error related to duplicate order reference number.
b)System generates separate OIS for the second message to external system with the error message for duplicate reference number


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Maintain flag System Generated Ref No as : No in Default Maintenance
2.Send two SWIFT - RedemptionOrderV04-setr.004.001.04 with the same OrderReference Number to FCIS but different reference at the same time

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, No OIS Message is generated for the duplicate transaction and no Logging for the duplicate transaction in SwiftTxnDetLogTblODM Issue Clarification
