OBDX Dashboard Displays Error Message 'System cannot Process the request, Please try later' Intermittently When PFM Module Is Enabled (Doc ID 2620145.1)

OBDX Dashboard displays the error message 'System cannot Process the request, Please try later' intermittently after a transaction is made and user goes  back to the dashboard screen

This issue is observed when PFM module is enabled in OBDX 


Simulation Steps :

1. Login with OBDX User
2. Click on Payments > Internal > Initiate Pay Now
3. Post successful payment > click on Go To Dashboard icon
4. Some times  error is displayed "system Cannot Process" on dashboard.

User is displayed with error ones they go to Dashboard post performing any transfer / payment .
