LC Limit Amount Getting Updated Wrongly (Doc ID 2620358.1)

Symptoms

On : FCUBS 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LC Limit Amount is getting updated incorrectly to Partial bill amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LC Limit should remain same after Partial Bill amount BC contract is created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a LC contract.
2. Create a BC contract and link the LC reference created.
3. Do a partial amount.
4. After save, limit amount becomes equal to Partial bill amount provided..

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,correct LC limit is not retained after partial bill amount BC contact is create and linked to the LC.
