Symptoms

On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support

When attempting to process second message received later
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

ORA-00001: unique constraint (FCUBS14UAT2.PK01_PXTB_MSG_IN101) violated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload Message 1
2. Process Message 1
3. Upload Message 2

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't be able to process MT101 payment message.
