Error Code Type Update From Override To Error - SE-INS-001 (Doc ID 2620451.1)

Goal

Currently while creating deal in Securities Instrument Definition (SEDTRONL), if  International Security Identification Number(ISIN) is not entered, system throws a override message  "ISIN Identifier is Mandatory" (SE-INS-001).  Bank doesn't want system to allow the user to create Deal in SEDTRONL if ISIN is not entered.

Bank wants to update the type of error code SE-INS-001 from O to E.
