Not Able to View or Attach documents of Initiate Letter of Credit Transactions under tab "Attach documents" (Doc ID 2620455.1)

Symptoms

When upload of any file under tab "Attach documents" of initiate letter of credit then file is not attached and displayed under same tab.
No error message id displayed on screen.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
------------------------

Unable to View any Uploaded documents or Attach any documents, while doing transaction for Initiate Letter of Credit, under "Attach Document"  TAB.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------

Uploaded documents should be available to View and User should able to attach Documents for Initiate Letter of Credit under "Attach Document" TAB

STEPS
--------
1. Login to OBDX ( Corporate user)

2. Go to Trade Finance 

3. Click on Initiate Letter of credit >> Attach documents 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact, Due to this issue, users cannot view attached documents

Changes

 No Changes in Environment or hardware triggers the problem
