Function SEDTRONL - Button Narrative is inactive

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Button Narrative should be active


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Function SEDTRONL
2. Unlock a security instrument in order to amend value in tab Others
3. Button Narrative become inactive.
