Symptoms
When attempting to compose a mail by logging in as a Retail User, user is getting error "System cannot process the request currently .please try again later"

System cannot process the request currently .please try again later
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as retail user-->Navigate to Mail box
2. Mails--> Click on compose mail
3. Choose category and enter the message --> on click of send button the above error occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot compose email from their mailbox option.
