On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In PXSXTACC screen, user is able to see External Account information of all the Branches

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to see Reconciliation External accounts of logged in branch alone in PXSXTACC screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open screen Reconciliation External Accounts Summary (PXSXTACC) and click on search
2. System is displaying records from all the Branches
