IC : ICEOD Batch Failed With Error IC-ED0001 (Doc ID 2621125.1)

Symptoms



EOD is aborted due to error code IC-ED0001- ERROR OCCURRED.
On closing an account in STDCUSAC screen, the system should reverse the accrued amount which was accrued to the account , on closure.As per functionality, system should populate record into ictb_racr for that account and during ICEOD it should do reversal of accrued interest.

It is  found that, system is not populating record to ictb_racr table while deleting record from ictb_acc_pr.Inside trigger ictr_racr, system first deleting records from ictb_entries,then trying to populate ictb_racr tbale taking records from ictb_enries, which always insert zero records.
