Symptoms

When attempting to display the party wise pending approval list report status in Admin login 
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The date is not valid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user
2. Click Reports
3. Select Report name as a "Partywise pending approval list..."
3. Click Generate report
