STDBRFUN: Modified Function Parameters are not working (Doc ID 2621457.1)

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After user modifies parameters "Reversal Allowed" and "Authorisation for Reversal" fields in STDBRFUN screen, it's doesn't get reflected during Transactions in corresponding screens, namely, 1401,1001,8203. It is working for functions, namely, 1013,1008,1006


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to Application with valid credentials
2. Navigate to STDBRFUN Screen and fetch details for the function ids (1401/1001/8203)
3. Check "Reversal Allowed" and "Authorisation for Reversal" options for the above function ids
4. Save and authorize the changes
5. Perform any transaction like 1401/1001/8203, post the transaction and reverse the same

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, While reversing, RT related transactions are not going for authorisation if the transaction amount limit is high.
