Cheque status enquiry failed with error "Invalid Cheque No. Entered" on CQIN Screen (Doc ID 2621847.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform Cheque status enquiry from screen CQIN
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Invalid Cheque No. entered

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Issue a check book with required number of check leaves
2. Authorize and verify if the check data are populated correctly
3. Perform cheque status enquiry from CQIN screen and verify

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform clearing transaction of a cheque , since SYSTEM prompts it as invalid.
