Symptoms

After Applying OBDX Patchset 18.1.1.0.0, when attempting to login into OBDX Application for the first time after the user is unlocked through Admin,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error "Null" is seen with "Status Code: 403 Forbidden" on Console Debug

STEPS
-------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unlock a Locked User from Admin User.
2. Now try logging in with same user with the proper credentials.
3. Error "Null" is seen with "Status Code: 403 Forbidden" on Console Debug

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some specific users cannot login into OBDX Application after applying Patchset 18.1.1.0.0.
