Set Repeat Transfer Link On The Fund Transfer Confirmation Page Does Not Pass Transfer Details to Payment Screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Data should be pre-populated for user to setup repeat transfer

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Retail User Click on Transfer Money widget on dashboard. User is redirected to My transfer page.
2. User then performs a successful Fund Transfer and is redirected to confirmation successful page.
3. Below there are several clickable links one of them is Set Repeat Transfer.
4. User clicks on the link and he is redirected to Set Repeat Transfer Screen
