E-Receipt Download - Failed to load PDF document.
When User Tries to download E-receipt for activity log, it is downloaded successfully, however, the error "Failed to load PDF document." comes when user open the pdf file.
Failed to load PDF document
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Log in in OBDX App with corporate user
2- In activity log widget, click on one processed transaction -> click on reference number.
2- Details will come for the corresponding transaction with E-receipt icon, click on the icon.
3- File will be downloaded -> open the downloaded file.
