EODM Execution In Newly Created Branch Fails With Error "CM-6001 : Session Expired. Please login again" (Doc ID 2623356.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to run EODM in newly created branches,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

CM-6001 : Session Expired. Please login again

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Change branch to one of the newly created branches.
3. Enter EODM in fast path and then execute.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot execute the EODM to move the retail date to next business date
