Corporate Admin user getting error while authorising/rejecting the party preferences transaction.

Trying to insert a duplicate record 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


Create/Edit Party Preferences:
----------------------------------------
1. Login with Corporate admin maker user
2. Navigate to Onboardings ->Party Preferences
3. Enter Party_id to search
4.Click on Party Preferences listed on screen
5.Click on Edit Button
6. Modify the party preferences
OR
5.Create new party preferences
6.Save it

Authorise/Reject Party Preferences Transaction
----------------------
1. Login with Corporate admin checker user
2. On Dashboard transaction will listed under Pending for Approval list
3. Select the transaction and Authorise/reject it
