After analyst closing the KYC Cases, case remains in Open status (Doc ID 2623652.1)

After Anlayst is recommending to close the case and then supervisor logs in and trying to take Approve recommendation action ,  always get notification the events are not productive or productive .attached the screenshot as well.

As per our initial investigation we have observed that fcc_event_investigation_status table not getting populated any information and due to that we are getting that warning mesaage and due to this supervisor is unable to approve the recommendation.
