Updated Retail Users Details At Host System Are Not getting Updated At Modify User Screen


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All retail customer details should be fetched from host instead of local data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to user management
2.search a retail user
3.click to user name to modify it.
